16.06.2004 - 29.06.2004 20 °C
17-Mile Drive is a scenic road through Pacific Grove and Pebble Beach on the Monterey Peninsula in California. The spectacular scenery along the coast route is something that will make your trip memorable. There are numerous hot spots along the road that will attract your attention. Be sure to take enough batteries with you for your camera, as your camera will be so busy to capture almost everything that you see along the drive.
You will drive pass famous gold courses and mansions, as well as you will see one of the California's most enduring landmarks, The Lone Cypress Tree, with age to be at least 250 years old. Breathtaking spots like the Spyglass Hill, Spanish Bay, Fanshell Overlook, Point Joe and the lodge at the Pebble Beach are the places you can miss out as well, as they are considered to be the heart and soul of the 17-Mile Drive.
Yosemite National Park is a fantastic park that I cannot wait to return. The natural scenery of the park is beautiful as it feels like if I am in some place between heaven and earth. I find that words can barely describe the beauty and purity of the park. So, I’ll to save time writing and I’m showing you pictures of the park.
I visited Grand Canyon National Park by joining a tour. A single ride of helicopter tour and a return ride on a small cruise were included in the tour. I enjoyed so much the helicopter ride. It was so exciting and I was sitting on the front seats. The scenic of the Grand Canyon below my feet totally took my breath away. You can view the pictures below the post.
